What services would you recommend for a first time customer?

Treasured Detailing offers a wide range of services and packages to meet your vehicle's needs. Our Ultimate Package is our most popular. It offers a thorough clean of your vehicle's interior and exterior sealant in order to bring your vehicle's condition back to looking like when it first rolled off the assembly line.

How far in advance can I book my appointment?

We recommend using our BOOK NOW feature to secure a convenient slot for you. From time to time, we do get cancellations and will be happy to accommodate you sooner if we have an opening.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

We recommend arriving for your detailing appointment at your scheduled time. There is no need to arrive early. Should you need to drop off your vehicle in advance of your appointment, feel free to give us a call and we will be happy to provide you with a coded key lock box to safely store your keys.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?

We understand that cancellations happen from time to time. If something should occur that interferes with your appointment time, please give us a call, email, or text and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment with Treasured Detailing.

What if it's raining on the day of my scheduled appointment?

If Mother Nature isn't cooperating on the day of your appointment, we do have options available! Depending on what service your vehicle is scheduled for we may opt out the exterior wash and focus on the interior services... or we can reschedule your appointment.

What condition should my vehicle be in before I drop it off?

We don't judge at Treasured Detailing - the dirtier, the better! Bring your vehicle in for your appointment as is. Just a reminder to be sure to remove all personal belongings and contents from the glove box, console, trunk area, car seats etc... prior to your appointment.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All prices listed on the Treasured Detailing website are all-inclusive and are payable via cash or e-transfer.

Do you offer gift cards?

Treasured Detailing is happy to offer gift cards for sale. A Treasured Detailing gift card is an excellent gift idea for your next birthday, graduation, Stag and Doe. The possibilities are endless. Gift cards are available in any denomination starting at $25.  

Do you operate during the winter?

Treasured Detailing operates 7 days a week, by appointment only, from March until October. We are closed for the winter season.
